At the core of our work, we develop the 'product' for your venture. This means we create the food you will serve, the beverage you will offer and the cocktails that will get your consumers talli.
The deep understanding of authentic Indian food, knowledge of regional recipes and sourcing local produce is our biggest strength. Alongside, our chefs are always collaborating with exceptional home chefs and expanding our library of family recipes you can use from across India.
We work on recreating the recipes for commercial kitchens, with a hawk's eye on sourcing feasibility and production cost.
